Continuum is breathwork, creative movement and living inquiry. It reclaims the movement we naturally are through a collective, sound-inspired songscape that invites flow and ease in our bodies. Continuum acknowledges our connection to the primordial and cosmic origins of life, and as we move beneath our body’s constraints and patterns, we explore our individual and collective history as a trilogy of embodied memory.
What is the Trilogy? It is our primal roots in the wild world, the vast expanse of the galaxy and stars, and the human movement that connects us all. In Continuum, we are connected through movement, co-creating a field of embodied inquiry that amplifies and unifies the potential for healing, connection, and liberation
Continuum teacher Amber Gray’s work traverses many interconnected heartlines: Somatic and movement arts and therapies, international humanitarian work, sacred dance, planetary and human rights activism, nature-based healing and wild wisdom. She facilitates with passion, humor and a fierce commitment to embodied justice.

Bring your cozy blankets, mats, cushions for nesting materials
A pen/pencil and a notebook or journal to take notes in is very helpful
And if you like to doodle and draw bring things that make color and shape
Woodhaven has a wonderful kitchen space so please bring what nourishes you for snacks and a lunch break.
