The Spring Intensive is a spacious container for exploring your own intuitive guidance around the big questions in your life. Our afternoon of silence and inner visioning weaves together drumming meditation, journaling prompts, movement, music, song, and intuitive wandering, as well as sharing and integration. We slowly explore the changes in ourselves, our lives, and our world, cultivating courage and creativity together.
Julia Aziz is a licensed clinical social worker, interfaith minister, and longtime healer who supports caregivers, helpers, leaders, and service-oriented individuals in reconnecting with their own wisdom, humanity, and capacity for balance. With over 25 years of experience in mental health, spiritual counseling, group facilitation, and community healing, her work grew from unlearning burnout, perfectionism, and over-giving within traditional helping roles and returning to more humane, nature-based, and empowering ways of healing. Julia blends deep listening with practices such as mindfulness, movement, writing, meditation, ritual, music, and intuitive and somatic healing, integrating clinical training with spiritual and earth-honoring traditions.
